3 Deposits & Payments

Deposits at buji99 are currently supported via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
• Minimum deposit amounts must meet the specified limits.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within a few minutes, though technical delays may occasionally occur.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from buji99:

• Withdrawals are only permitted from verified accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
• The required wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Buji99 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Buji99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement — typically ranging from 10x to 30x.
• Not all games are available for play with bonus balance — eligible games will be listed on the promotions page.
• If bonus abuse through multiple accounts is detected, all associated accounts will be terminated and bonuses forfeited.
• Bonus offers have a set expiry date — once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply when playing games on buji99:

• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Buji99 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violations of the Terms & Conditions.

• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Members can also close their account at any time by contacting support. It is recommended to withdraw your balance before closing the account.
